2006 Events and Meetings
Florence is proud of its events. From May to New Years, we have our major events and the Florentine Players have events throughout the year. Read more details on each one. Several events are yearly neighborhood traditions. "Florence Days" is celebrated the third (or fourth) weekend of May. The holiday season is celebrated with Christmas Tree Lighting in Florence Park by the Florence Historical Foundation, along with the annual Gingerbread display at the Mormon Trail Center from early December until Christmas Eve. Florence organization meeting dates are shown on the organizations page. See left side for events for today, tomorrow, and the upcoming weekend.
